In the most beautiful setting we offer fitness and exercise for both body and soul. Based on a limited number of members, personal service and a wonderful array of unique exercise facilities, we provide you with an experience way beyond the ordinary.

Fitness training

Our gym is equipped with the best, most up to date equipment, including Matrix. Most of our cardio machines have TV screens, on which you can choose from 30 channels, while you are working out. 

Kinesis functional training wall and large free exercise area

We have created a large free exercise area, where you will also find the Kinesis functional training wall, which facilitates an infinite range of exercises. The wall provides variable resistance, and is ideal for people, who prefer functional training to traditional weight training.

Exercise classes

We offer a comprehensive selection to suit everyone, whatever the type, goal or preconditions. Fitness classes take place either in The Studio, the spinning studio, the swimming pool or the squash court. In the summer classes also take place in our attractive gardens.

Indoor Cycling

We are talking high tempo in our cycling studio, when instructors turn up both the music and the intensity. Our Iqniter spinning system makes it easy to monitor your heart rate and plan your workouts via a visual breakdown of intervals. This means that all participants can see the length of training sessions we are running, and the level of effort required. You need to use Iqniter heart rate monitors for our system, and they can be purchased at the front desk for DKK 469.

We constantly organise different cycling events at different levels.


We have one squash court, which you can reserve for 45 minutes at a time. We also offer squash lessons with our affiliated squash coach. We also offer team coaching on our class schedule as part of your membership. Bring your own racket and ball or hire them from us. We arrange regular squash tournaments for all levels.


Our pool is unique. Say no more! The calm atmosphere of the swimming pool makes it ideal for starting the day or winding down after your daily workout. The pool is 20 metres long and heated to a temperature of 26º. You can swim by yourself, sign up for a water exercise class or take swimming classes with our instructors.

Sauna & sauna aromatherapy

A sauna session after working out is really good for those tired muscles. The sauna is heated to a temperature of 70º C, and several times a week we offer sauna aroma therapy.

Physiotherapy & treatments

If you are suffering from exercise-related injuries, stress etc., our physiotherapists or sports masseurs can definitely help you. Our physiotherapy clinic also organises various courses with the emphasis on back exercises, balance and strength etc.The clinic is run by the physiotherapist, Jeannette Dalgaard - Motus Vita ApS.
