Our gym features the very best, state-of-the-art equipment from Matrix Fitness. The cardio equipment has TV screens. You can choose from more than 30 channels while working out.

We have set up a free training area where you can work out using a variety of devices and without machines. This is also where you will often find our personal trainers in the company of their clients.

Matrix Fitness has been an expert business partner for many years, ensuring that we always keep abreast of industry trends. They are always there at a moment’s notice if anything goes wrong with any of the equipment.
