Fitness, pool and beach

A pool is a hit with most kids, right?! Our pool is open for children from 5 years and up. Some of our personal trainers do private swimming lessons and lessons for children, ask at the reception if this is of interest.

Staying in the pool is at your own risk, we do not have a lifeguard. Bathing cap is required.

If you prefer the sea, Svanemølle Beach and Nordhavn's harbour baths are very close. Read more

• Lifeguards' changing of the guard at Amalienborg

  Amalienborg is known for the Royal Lifeguards and every day you can experience the guards changing shifts. The Lifeguards marches from the Barracks in Gothersgade 100 at Rosenborg Castle through the streets of Copenhagen to end at Amalienborg, where the change of guard takes place at 12am.
