Our code for the use of disposable products

We aim to reduce our procurement of disposable products, and where there isn't a good alternative, we focus on content and recyclability.

For example, we have chosen to phase out our hotel slippers in the apartments. Instead, we have purchased flip-flops that are washable up to 20 times and thus reusable.

We have switched from using paper for cleaning fitness machines to reusable microfiber cloths, saving 145,920 meters of paper per year.

We use bamboo straws for smoothies, to-go coffee cups are made from recycled material, and to-go coffee lids are made from bioplastic.

We are committed to following technological developments and continuously exploring new solutions.

Organic certified coffee and tea
We serve approximately 130.000 cups of coffee annually, so here too we have prioritized an organic coffee from Lavazza, which is both organic, BIO-certified, and 100% Rainforest Alliance certified.

We clean without chemicals
90% of all cleaning and dishwashing products are environmentally certified and chemical-free, much to the delight of both staff and the environment.

New water refill station and goodbye to plastic bottles
While it may not be groundbreaking, and many have adopted it long before us, we are still pleased to have found a better solution with water refill stations for our café and conference guests instead of using plastic water bottles

Inclusive facilities
We are actively working to create an inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to participate and use our facilities. Through our membership with Access Denmark, we are continuously improving accessibility in our various departments – from better access conditions and parking to restrooms and other essential facilities.
