  • Matrix Biking Intro

    Here we learn the basic skills such as setting the bike, understanding measure and scale, and standing and sitting technique. Intro – no cycling!

  • Matrix Biking 1

    Beginner to moderately experienced. Particularly for people who want fitness training at a moderate level or need to develop their cycling technique. Experienced cyclists can use Matrix Biking 1 for recovery exercise. Training of basic form and technique.

  • Matrix Biking 2

    Moderately experienced to experienced. For participants who are familiar with the bike and who are in good basic condition and have good cycling technique. A challenging workout!

  • Matrix Biking 3

    Experienced to advanced. For participants who are familiar with the bike and who are in very good condition and have very good cycling technique. A tough, challenging workout!
