Solar panels and geothermal energy as a heat source

We are working towards reducing energy consumption and increasing the use of renewable energy sources, which reduce our CO2 footprint.

Our Tower building rises high above the ground, but it actually has roots even deeper down. When we constructed the building in 2018-2019, we established geothermal heating through 140-meter deep boreholes in the ground. The energy from the boreholes covers the entire heating and cooling needs of the building.

Additionally, the top part of the rooftop terrace is covered with solar panels, which generate energy to power the heating system throughout the building.

We are working towards reducing energy consumption and increasing the use of renewable energy sources, which decrease our overall CO2 footprint.

Sustainable work culture

It's part of our DNA to promote healthy lifestyles. In our fitness center, we actually thrive on offering health-promoting initiatives. Now, we're doing it as a workplace too, and our vision is to create a healthier and more sustainable work culture.

Upcycled chef's attire

We never quite reach the finish line, and we constantly encounter new dilemmas and challenges, but also opportunities as new products evolve.

Organic certified coffee and tea

We serve approximately 130.000 cups of coffee annually, so here too we have prioritized an organic coffee from Lavazza, which is both organic, BIO-certified, and 100% Rainforest Alliance certified.

We clean without chemicals

90% of all cleaning and dishwashing products are environmentally certified and chemical-free, much to the delight of both staff and the environment.

Our code for the use of disposable products

We aim to reduce our procurement of disposable products, and where there isn't a good alternative, we focus on content and recyclability.

New water refill station and goodbye to plastic bottles

While it may not be groundbreaking, and many have adopted it long before us, we are still pleased to have found a better solution with water refill stations for our café and conference guests instead of using plastic water bottles

Inclusive facilities

We are actively working to create an inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to participate and use our facilities. Through our membership with Access Denmark, we are continuously improving accessibility in our various departments – from better access conditions and parking to restrooms and other essential facilities.
