The 7 maxims
# 1 A GREAT START
Well begun is half done. That is why it is absolutely essential to focus fully on creating an optimal energy level and concentration right from the very beginning of the day. Get help from our Mind Optimizer at the service station.
# 2 A BESPOKE SET-UP
No two conferences are the same. So we always lay out the room according to the content of the day, the nature of the conference and the number of participants. Basically, the conditions we create ensure that everyone gets the very best out of the conference/meeting.
# 3 INVOLVEMENT IS INSTRUCTIVE
Most people learn less and find it more difficult to remember, when they are seated and listening passively. So a varied learning environment that gets people involved can be very beneficial.
# 4 BREAKS WITH MEANING
Breaks are important for stretching our legs and clearing our heads. Enjoy a breath of fresh air in our garden, visit the gym or greet your neighbour.
# 5 WITHOUT FOOD AND DRINK…
Food is an important item on the agenda: it stimulates the senses and provides renewed energy for the brain and muscles. We recharge your batteries with Focus Food for greater concentration and increased productivity.
# 6 LIGHT IS LIFE
Light streaming through windows has a positive impact on us. It generates a good mood and positive energy. Absorb the light and start your day with an open mind.
# 7 42 MINUTES OF FULL ATTENTION
People can keep their concentration for an average of 42 minutes, when listening passively to others. That is why, if people are to concentrate fully, it is crucial to think about the length and number of presentations. And be sure to include breaks.
