With Blue Zone, you get:

6-month commitment
To ensure the best results, you commit to Blue Zone for 6 months – we know that lasting habits take time to change.

If you're already a member, you can add Blue Zone to your existing membership for 150 DKK per month.
If you're not a member, you can purchase a Longevity membership, which also includes the Blue Zone health concept.

Health tests

Comprehensive health tests every 4 months are an essential part of the Blue Zone health concept.
We evaluate you on the following parameters:

  • Strength Test – assessment of your muscle strength
  • Flexibility Test – measurement of your flexibility
  • Cardio Test – evaluation of your cardiovascular health
  • Blood Pressure – monitoring your blood pressure levels
  • Cholesterol Test – tracking cholesterol levels for optimal heart health
  • Body Scanning – analysis of your body composition (fat percentage and muscle mass)

Normally, a year of health checks with three tests costs 3,000 DKK, but with Blue Zone, you get all this for just 150 DKK per month or 1,800 DKK per year.

FAQ

  • Can all members use the EGYM machines?

    Yes, all members can use the EGYM machines. However, before using them, you must complete an onboarding session by booking an appointment with the fitness staff. If you want access to the advanced training programs tailored to your personal goals, you will need a fitness membership that includes the Blue Zone health concept.

  • Are kids welcome in the pool?

    Children aged 5 and over are welcome in the pool. Hotel guests can take their kids for free. Fitness guests need to buy a day pass.

  • How big is the pool?

    20 m long, and between 1.5 and 2.5 m deep.

    Water temperature is 27C.

  • Can I park while I train?

    Yes. You can park for free for up to 3 hours in front of Charlottehaven when you have an active membership. Remember to register your car using the check-in screen.

  • Are you open on public holidays?

    Yes. We are open 365 days a year.
    Weekdays 5.30 am to 11 pm, weekends and public holidays 7 am to 10 pm.

    NB: special opening hours on 24/12, 31/12 and 1/1.

  • Do I need to be a member to buy personal training?

    No, you don’t. Personal training is available without membership.

  • Can my mum/dad/friend etc. pay my membership?

    Yes. The option for someone else to pay is available when you open your membership. We need written confirmation from the person paying your membership.
